Villa Palmeira Petit Hotel is a SABS 3 star crystal grading, 13 room, luxury guest house situated in Bela-Bela (Warmbath) a mere 45min drive from Pretoria.

It is a lovely thatched villa in a quiet suburb, nestled in a lush subtropical palm garden with a sparkling pool. This amazing thatched double story house lends itself to a homely yet very stylish, clean and professional environment.

ROOMS

There are 13 rooms on the premises that can cater for single or sharing type accommodation for up to 30 guests. Each room has DSTV, air-conditioning, a tea/coffee station and is fully serviced daily. Mini-bars in the rooms are available on request. All rooms are en-suite. Some bathrooms are equipped with baths and others with showers. Four self catering units are available, for your convenience, should you prefer more space, privacy and to cater for yourself.

CONFERENCE ROOM

The fully serviced conference venue can seat up to 30 delegates class room style and has the following equipment already included: Overhead projector, screen, air-conditioning, TV, DVD player, Video player, Flip-Chart, and a Proxima. We also include pen and paper in our conferencing rates.

DINING ROOM AND VILLA BISTRO

Villa Palmeira Petit Hotel has a beautiful large dining room area that boast with a brand new restaurant. The Villa Bistro, serves a 3 course dinner, lunch and a full traditional breakfast. The dining room leads out into the garden or onto a wooden deck and the pool area. There is also an outside lapa area with braai facilities and an outside bar area. This is ideal for a mouth watering spit braai, potjie or social evening.
